Organisations by alphabetical order

The Flemish Council for Universities of Applied Sciences and Arts is the formal consultation and advisory body of the thirteen Flemish Universities of Applied Sciences and Arts and advises the Flemish Government on all policy issues related to higher education. The board of the council consists of the general directors of the 13 Flemish Universities of Applied Sciences and Arts.The board is supported by various advisory and consultative bodies for the development of current dossiers on themes related to the policy of Education, Finance, HR, Research & Innovation, Internationalisation and the Arts. The members of these advisory and consultative bodies are composed of experts from its thirteen members.

​In addition, the Council organises and stimulates consultation between the 13 institutions on all matters that concern its members. The Council is also a member of EURASHE, the European Association of Institutions in Higher Education.
