NAME BADGE
You are requested to wear your personal name badge of the State Visit, in a visible way throughout the entire State Visit. Without badge and/or a personal invitation for selected activities, access will be denied by the local and Belgian security services.
If you are taking the governmental flight, you will receive your badge at the check-in desk at Melsbroek Airport. If you are taking a commercial flight, you can collect your badge at the secretariat of the State Visit, located at the Grand Salong Room, on the ground floor of the Grand Hotel Oslo. The secretariat will be operational only on Tuesday, 24 March from 12:00 to 19:00.
