NAME BADGE
You are requested to wear your personal name badge of the State Visit, which you will receive at the check-in desk at Melsbroek Airport, in a visible way throughout the entire State Visit. Without badge and/or a personal invitation for selected activities, access will be denied by the local and Belgian security services.
If you did not receive your personal name badge, you are kindly requested to collect it at the secretariat of the State Visit, located in room Akasai on the first floor of the Sheraton Pretoria Hotel. The secretariat will be operational from Wednesday, March 22 until Friday, March 24.
In Cape Town the secretariat is located in room Robben and Seal on the Mezzanine floor of the Westin Cape Town hotel. The secretariat will be operational from Saturday March 25 untill Sunday March 26.
