PASSPORT
Belgian citizens travelling to the Republic of South Africa should carry their valid Belgian passport.
Your passport must have three blank pages and be valid for 30 days from the date of intended departure from South Africa.
No temporary passports are accepted by the South African authorities.
COVID-19 UPDATE FOR SOUTH AFRICA*
COVID-19 measures no longer apply to travel to South Africa. No more vaccination certificate or negative PCR test is required to enter the country.
It is recommended to wear face masks in public indoor places that are poorly ventilated, crowded and impossible to maintain a safe distance from others.
