08:20 Arrival of TTMM the King and the Queen at Melsbroek Airport and official departure ceremony

08:30 – 20:50 (+1 hour ahead of Brussels) Governmental flight from Melsbroek Airport to Waterkloof Airforce Base (flight duration: 11h20)

Breakfast, lunch and a light dinner will be offered on board.

08:30 - 22:05 Governmental flight from International Airport of Cape Town to Melsbroek Airport (flight duration: 13h35)

Breakfast, lunch and a light dinner will be offered on board.


The passengers will receive all their boarding passes and luggage tags at the check-in desk in Melsbroek Airport. Please make sure to fix the luggage tags onto your suitcase. Without them your luggage is likely to get lost.

Luggage allowance: maximum 1 piece of check-in luggage (max. 20 kg), 1 piece of hand luggage (max. 7 kg, max. 45 x 35 x 20 cm) and 1 personal item such as camera, microphone or tripod.
